Peanut soup (with chicken or beef)

Ingredients
3lbs chicken (48oz) chicken or beef 10 cups water1 tbsp salt3 tbsp peanut butter ( ground peanuts, chuncky or creamy peanut butter)1tbsp tomate paste2 medium chopped onionsBlack pepper ( as desired)
Directions
Place chicken or beef in a saucepan with cold water, onions and salt; cover and bring slowly to boil; remove scum. Simmer gently for 20 min. Mix peanut butter with 1/4 chicken/beef broth and add to the boiling chicken/meat. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer very gently for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
