Potato soup (Vitamix)

Ingredients
3 cooked potatoes1 cooked chicken breast1 cup chicken broth2 cups skim milk1/8 raw onion1 stalk celery1/4 tps rosemary
Directions
Pre-cook chicken in the oven for 30 min
Pre-cook potatoes in the microwave for 9 minutes.
put onion, 2 potatoes cut in half, chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups of skim milk, stalk celery and rosemary in Vitamix blender on high speed until hot and steamy about 4 to 6 minutes. Add the last 1/2 cup of milk, chicken and potato for chunky texture. Blend and serve
