Italian Style Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1 vegetable stock cube2 medium carrots2 onions2 cloves garlic2 x cans chopped tomato2 tsp Italian seasoning1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Disolve stock cube in 190ml boiling water
Chopped carrots & onions & add to pan
Add garlic & italian seasoning & simmer for 10 mins
Add 2 x cans chopped tomato Simmer for further 20 mins
Once cooked blend & top with cheese to serve
