3 cups frozen spinach1/2 cup chopped onion2 large eggs1/2 cup liquid egg whites1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/3 cup non fat dry milk1/2 cup feta cheeseGarlic to tasteCayenne Pepper to taste
Chop onion and saute with spinach in pan
Whisk eggs, flour and milk in medium bowl
Mix spinach mixture with egg mixture
Top with sprinkled feta cheese
Bake in pie pan for 30 minutes until firm
