English Muffin French Toast

Ingredients
English Muffins2 large eggs1/4 cup half & halfvanillacinnamonsugar
Directions
Beat eggs, whisk in half & half, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and a sprinkle of nutmeg. If possible refrigerate a few hours.
Seperate bagels, and soak in batter porus side down about 30 seconds. Flip, then place on hot griddle, sprayed with olive oil,porus side down. Brown, then flip and brown other side.
