1lb ground turkey, 1lb lean ground beef, 1 pkt low sodium taco seasoning, 2 eggs, whole wheat bread crumbs, black olives, shredded cheese
Mix ground turkey, beef, taco seasoning, eggs and bread crumbs in large bowl. If you would like, mix in black olives, salsa or sour cream. When well combined, form into a loaf pan or use mini pans. Cook in 350 degree preheated oven for about 1 hour. Top each slice with taco toppings.
