Fresh Express Cole Slaw, 454 gramsFinely Diced Bell Pepper - Red, 192 gramsFinely Diced Celery, raw, 108 gramsChopped Scallions, raw, 42 gramsDried Cranberries (no sugar coating), 80 gramsLight Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp0% Greek Yogourt, 125 gramsCider Vinegar, 2 tbsp*Lemon Juice, .5 fl ozPepper, black, 1 tspSalt, .5 tspCelery seed, 1 tspWhole Grain Mustard, 1 tbspLiquid Honey, 30 grams
Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard, honey, celery seed until thoroughly combined.
Chop the Bell Pepper, Celery and Scallions and mix with a bag of cole slaw (green cabbage, red cabbage and carrot). Add the cranberries and the dressing and thoroughly coat the vegetable mix.
Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
