Vegan Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
cook 3.5 cups pasta and 1 cup black beanssaute vegetables - 3 peppers and 1 onion chopped until tender. stir in pasta and beans and 1.5 cup enchilada sauce. add 0.5 cup enchilada sauce to casserole dish, add in mixture and bake at 350F for 20 minute. Serve with avacado and salsa.
