Carrot Cake Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 med. banana (very ripe)1/2 c. brown sugar1 egg2 c. carrots (gratted in food processor)1 small apple (gratted in food processor)1 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. white flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp. salt8 oz. low fat cream cheese1/4 c. brown sugar1 tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilladash of cinnamon
Directions
Beat banana and brown sugar until banana is mashed. Add egg and beat well, to this add the carrots and apple; stir. In anothr bowl mix together dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Divide into ,16 cupcake holders and bake for 17 minutes @ 400 degrees.
For the icing, mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread onto cupcakes!
