Parsley-Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken thighs or drumsticks (can substitute breasts but the white meat is dry in comparison) Skin on or add some vegetable oilThin Spaghetti - up to a poundChicken Broth - up to two cansParsley - at least 1 tbsp
Directions
Put chicken in big, deep frying pan skin side down (if skinless add some oil to bottom of pan)
sprinkle with parsley
cover pan
cook 30 minutes
Flip chicken, sprinkle with parsley
cook 30 minutes
Have water in pot ready to boil
when chicken done, add spaghetti to water
cover chicken with chicken broth
add more parsley
salt to taste
When spaghetti cooked, drain
put in bowl
ladle broth over spaghetti
Chicken can be cut up and put in with the macaroni or left on plate to eat as a side
garnish with some grated parmesian cheese for taste
