370 grams ground chicken breast2 cups chopped mushrooms1/2 onion2 tbsp minced red peppers1 tbsp minced garlic1 28 oz can diced tomatoes1 24 oz can tomato sauce1 tbsp balsamic vinegar3 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp dried basil1 tsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp dried parsley1 tsp salt
In a large non-stick skillet, cook the ground chicken. (you can use a spray of PAM, if you like). Then add the mushrooms, peppers, onion and garlic. Cook until the onions are transparent.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir and heat through.
Serve on top of whole wheat past, or anything else you like.
