Oven Broiled Talapia

Ingredients
*Fish - Talapia, fresh, 250 gram(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Hellmann’s , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving Whole-Wheat Crackers, .75 cup, crushed
Directions
Prepare wheat crackers into crumbs and mix with Parmesan. Add any seasoning you would like. Clean and dry fish. Pat on mayo. Push fish into crumbs. Line pan with foil and spray non stick on it. Broil on high on bottom rack.
