Leaf lettuceGreen pepperRed pepper (or yellow or orange)Grape tomatoesCucumber slices
Directions
Wash and shred the lettuce, add peppers cut into pieces or strips, add a few grape tomatoes and cucumber slices. I don't like the waxy peel of store-bought cucumbers, so I slice it off.

Serving Size: makes a large single serving in a bowl
