Baked Kale Chips

3 cups of kale, stems removed, rinsed and driedcooking spray, about 3 second spraysalt, 1-2 teaspoonsblack pepper, 1 teaspoon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse kale and dry (use salad spinner and paper towlels), remove stems.
Spread kale evenly on baking sheet. Spray cooking spray onto kale, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake 12-15 minutes. Check after 12 minutes to prevent overbaking (kale will take on a blackened flavour if cooked too long).
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, 1 cup each
