Rich tea biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour4tsp. Baking powder2 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1/4 cup butter (cold)1 cup of milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until limps are not visible. Add milk. Mix with wooden spoon. Flatten out dough on a floured surface until1 inch thick . Cut out circle shape. Bake at 425 F for 10 mins. Until lighty browned.
