Greek Style grilled boneless/skinless chicken tights

Ingredients
Serves 5 (2 thighs per serving)10 chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed1 cup plain Greek yogurtJuice of 3 lemons3 tsp of dry oregano3 Garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Salt and Pepper to taste the chicken tights and set aside. In a plastic bowl large enough to hold the meat, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, dry oregano, garlic and parsley. Add the ckicken to the bowl and mix it well with the marinade. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours or overnight. Heat grill to 400F. Take chicken out of the marinade leaving just a small amount of marinade over them. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side on hot grill until desired doness. Set on a platter an cover with aluminum foil letting it rest for five minutes. Enjoy!
