Bulgar Lentil Sausage Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dry bulgur3/4 cup dry lentils450g turkey sausage4 plum tomatoesBasil
Directions
1. Start by cooking the lentils. Drain and cool. Rinse pot and use to cook bulgur.
2. While bulgur is cooking, cook sausages.
3. Chop tomatoes.
4. Cut cooked sausage into bite-size pieces.
5. Toss all ingredients in medium salad bowl. Serve
