Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c flour1/2 t salt2 eggs, well beaten1 t salt2 t baking powder1 T powdered sugar1 3/4 c milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Heat a nonstick fry pan or griddle over medium heat and drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto pan. Turn when bubbles cover the surface and bottom is golden brown. Remove from pan when golden on both sides.
Top with your favorite topping.
Freeze leftovers. Place in toaster to reheat.
