1 lb of ground turkey1 can diced tomato1 can tomato sauce1 packet of taco seasoning1 packet of ranch dressing mix1 cup of corn frozen or caned1/2 cup pinto beans drained and rinsed1/2 cup kidney beans drained and rinsed1 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup waterlow fat sour cream, cheese, and tortilla chips for garnish
brown onion in small amount of olive oil then add ground turkey to cook with the onion. after meat has browned drain any excess oil from meat, add taco seasoning and the ranch seasoning. add remaining ingredients bring to a simmer stirring occationaly. let simmer for 10minutes garnish with tortilla chips, low fat sour cream and cheese. this soup should not be too watery but not as thick as a chili, you may have to adjust the amount of water to your liking.
