Banana Bread Coffee Cake with Protein

cake:1 cup oat flour3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour2 tbsp jay robb vanilla whey protein powder6 drops vanilla stevia1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp allspice3/4 c nonfat greek yogurt1 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium)1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla (as needed)topping:1/3 c quick oats2 tbsp brown sugar twin3 drops vanilla stevia1/8 tsp salt1 tbsp smart balance light
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a large baking dish (approx 9 x 13).
Combine dry cake ingredients in a large bowl; combine wet ingredients in separate bowl and then stir into dry until just combined.
Spread batter evenly in prepared dish.
Combine topping ingredients, mixing well. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake 25-38 minutes, until corners pull away from pan and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Serving Size: makes 15 pieces
