Cashew Tahini salad dressing

Ingredients
1/4 C soaked cashews (soak four hours prior to preparing)1 C unsweetened dairy free milk1/4 C lemon juice, or juice from 2 lemons1 Tbsp tahiniSalt and Pepper1 Tbsp chia seed1 Tsp dried onion powder1 Tsp dried garlic powderFresh chivesFresh parlsey
Directions
Combine all ingredients except fresh herbs in a blender or food processor, puree for about a minute, until everything is smooth
Chop the fresh herbs and stir in at the end.
Store in an airtight container for a week in the fridge
