Andrea's Light Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated2 cups plain fat free yogurt2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup dill, chopped fine1/4 tsp. salt1 T. lemon juice
Directions
Put the grated cucumber in a colander and toss with salt. Allow to sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the excess moisture.
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl, cover and let sit for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4-cup servings.
