1 Old ElPaso 8inch Tortilla1 slice Kraft 2% cheese single2 Large eggs2Tbsp Salsa1tsp dried Parsley flakes1tsp hot sauce (optional)1tbld 1/2% milk (optional)
Wisk eggs, parsley (hot sauce and a tbsp milk or water) in a bowl. Add mixture to a hot omelet pan over medium heat. Cook eggs however you like them, I prefer them scrambled.
Once the eggs are almost completely set, add salsa and cheese. Remove from heat and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Meanwhile heat your tortilla on the oven to desired temperature, or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Pour egg mixture over tortilla.
