Cabbage, Zuccini and bacon saute

3 slices Bacon3 tbsp diced onion3 small zucchinis sliced2 large mushrooms sliced1/2 head cabbage choppedsalt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
in a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and place on paper towels to drain. Drain pan, reserving 2 tbsp of bacon grease. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add zucchini and mushrooms, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, stir and cook until cabbage is soft. season with salt, peper and garlic powder to your taste. Remove from heat, crumble bacon over top and serve.
