Swiss Chard, 400 gramsSpinach, fresh, 400 gramsPotato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Olive Oil, 30 gramsGarlic, 50 gramsOnions, raw, 400 gramsRed Ripe Tomatoes, 500 gramsMushrooms, fresh, 400 gramsGinger Root, 100 grams
Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic. Once brown, add onions.
Once translucent, add tomatoes.
Once the oil separates, add all other ingredients and cover with water and cook till the potatoes are done.
