Ingredients
3 eggs1 c. milk (I used 1%)1 c. white flour2 T. oil1/2 t. salt
Directions
Preheat oven with popover pan IN the over to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a blender until bubbles form and all are well mixed. Pour into hot popover cups, filling about 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 20 min., then turn heat down to 350 degrees for an additional 20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 5-6 large popovers.
