Refrigerator Oats Basic Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Oats1/3 Non-Fat Greek Yogurt1/4 Milk (I used Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla)1 Packet No Calorie SweetenerSplash of VanillaYou can add any fruit, flavorings or toppings after mixing the ingredients and let it all set overnight for more flavor.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Mix thoroughly. Put lid on and give it a good shake.

If you want to add extra ingredients do so now. Give is a stir, replace the lid and give it another good shake.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours but preferably overnight.
