Alton Brown "Instant" Pancakes

Ingredients
Mix together all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Melt butter. Beat eggs together.Slowly add melted butter to beaten eggs.Add egg & Butter mix to lemon juice and milk.Add wet mix to dry mix. Stir and cook on griddle. Dig in.

Serving Size: Makes around a dozen +depending on how much batter (I use 1/2 cup per pancake)
