Fruit Topping

Ingredients
3 c. frozen or fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)3 c. apple juice , unsweettened3 tbl. arrowroot flour
Directions
Thaw frozen fruit in apple juice. Mix part of juice with arrowroot flour. Warm gradually in sauce pan until it begins to bubble, lower heat to medium, pour in arrowroot flour and juice, stir constantly until it begins to thicken, let cook for another 5 minutes, remove sauce pan and let cool. Refrigerate and use as needed.
