Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

Ingredients
1 onion; chopped1 16oz can black beans1 16oz can kidney beans1 8oz can tomato sauce10 oz package frozen corn kernels2 14.5oz can diced tomatoes (can have chilies, I used without)1 packet taco seasoning1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp chili powder24 oz (3-4) boneless skinless chicken breastschili peppers, chopped (optional)1/4 cup chopped cilantro (don't care for this, so I didn't use it)
Directions
Combine beans, inoin, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cuming, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours.Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Top with fresh cilantro. Also try it with low fat cheese and sour cream! (cheese and sour cream are not included in this recipe)
