Healthy Raw High Fat Low Carb Brownies (No Bake)

1 Cup Walnuts1 Cup Almonds (I use soaked and dehydrated)1/2 Cup Flaxseed (ground)1 T Raw honey4 T Coconut oil (optional)1-2 squares Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate (or similar)1 tsp Vanilla1 dash salt1 tsp high quality balsamic vinegar
1) Put all of it except the flaxseeds into a food processor and process until almost smooth (like making a nut butter).
2) When almost done, add the flaxseeds.
3) Press into a pan or casserole dish and chill.
Serving Size: Makes 10 - 1in x 2in x 1in peices
