Flavour Bursting Lima and Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients
Salad: 2.25 cups Lima beans1 cup kidney beans.5 cups sweet corn1/2 a medium red onion, sliced thin1 chopped scallion1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, not packedSeasoning: 1 TBSP Olive oil1 TBSP cidar vinegar1 TBSP tahini1 heaped tsp zaatar spice mix (or other mixed dried herbs)sea salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
If you've bought canned bean and corn, well, you've nothing to do here. If you've bought dried you will have to cook as usual.

Mix prepared ingredients together in large bowl. Toss lightly. Serve immediately or let chill in the fridge.
