Creamy Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts1 jar of salsa (any flavor you like)2 peppers from can of chipotle in adobo, diced1/2 stick of light cream cheese/Neufchatel cheese
Directions
Turn crock pot on low.
Add chicken breasts
Mix salsa with diced peppers and pour in.
Cover and let cook for 6-8 hours.
Open up, shred chicken with two forks.
Stir in cream cheese.
Eat it up!
