Salt & pepper Chicken breast put in slow cookercombine; Honey, soy sauce, garlic, onion,oil, ketchup & red pepper flakes (optional) and pour over chicken
Directions
Salt & pepper Chicken breast put in slow cooker
combine; Honey, soy sauce, garlic, onion,oil, ketchup & red pepper flakes (optional) and pour over chicken cook on low 3-4 hours or hight 11/2 - 2hrs. Remove chicken and cut into bite size peice and add cornstarch to cold water and add to sauce to thicken. Cook for 10 more min on high and they return chicken to pot and serve.
