Mel's ceviche

Ingredients
8 ozs shrimp,12 ozs scallops,16 ozs blue fin tuna steaks,2 cups raw onion, .5 cups green peppers, 8 medium tomatoes,3 ,jalapeño peppers, juice fromn 15 limes,.5 cups garlic, and 2 cups fresh cilantro. salt pepper to taste
Directions
chop fish and veggies into small chunks and combine all with lime juice and spices let sit in refrigerator for minimum 6 hrs,longer if possible and serve on lettuce leafs, make 8- 1 1/2 cup servings. Enjoy!
