Lowfat Buttermilk Salad Dressing

2 cups 1% fat buttermilk2 cups low-fat mayonnaise1 Tbsp Onion Powder1 Tbsp Garlic Powder1 Tbsp Dried Parsley1/2 tsp celery seed1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients using a whisk to mix well. Pour into container and refrigerate. Serve on Salad or as a dip for vegetables.
