Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 tbsp Cumin seed, 1 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp Ground Coriander, 2 tsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peas, fresh, shelled 1 1/2 cup Verka Organic Paneer, cubed 1 cup Water or Vegetable Broth 1/2 cup
Directions
Saute, add water, cover and cook all ingredients till peas are al dente.
