Silver Dollar Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove) Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove) House Autry Seafood Breader, 1 serving (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)
Directions
drain salmon and separate w/fingers, crushing all the bones into a fine grain (keeping them in just maintains the calcium punch).
mix all ingredients except breader, mixing well and allow to sit for 30 minutes. use 1/3 cup of salmon mix, lightly form into a ball and dust w/house autry breader. fry in a small amount of olive oil. fry gently in a non stick pan w/olive oil
