1 cup wheat germ1 cup oat bran1 cup all purpose flour4 tbsp buttermilk blend powder1.5 tsp baking powder1.5 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 eggs2 tbsp canola oil (plus 1 tbsp for griddle)about 1.5 cups water, as needed.
