Turkey breast meat, 8.5 ounce(s) (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)*bean sprouts (mung beans), 1 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*EVOO, 1 tbsp (remove)Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
Saute mushrooms and bean sprouts for a few minutes in 1 tsp of oil just to soften them. Beat the eggs and egg whites together. Add 2 tsp of soy sauce, turkey and vegetables. Drop by spoonfuls (like you would pancakes) and cook until golden brown on each side approximately 2 minutes per side.
