Rancher's Breakfast Pie

1 1/2 c. egg substitute (equivalant of 6 eggs)1/3 c. 1% milk2 c. shredded 2% cheddar cheese8 slices of ready to eat bacon (cooked crispy)3 tbsp. scallions, chopped2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped1/4 tsp. white pepper2 c. shredded hash browns1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/2 tbsp. butter, melted1/2 tsp. (or less) paprika
Pre heat oven to 325. In large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, bacon, scallions, green pepper and white pepper. Coat 9 inch pie plate well, with cooking spray, such as Pam. Pour mixture in to pie plate. Toss hash browns with salt and black pepper; sprinkle over egg mixture. Drizzle butter over hash browns; sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
