Ingredients
Lentils 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup Spinach, cooked, 1 cup Veg Stock Cube2 Tins of tomatoesCooked (pasta), 2 cup Squirt of Ketchup or Brown sauceSoya Mince, 1 serving Herbs & Chilli flakes & dash of Tabasco
Directions
(If using dried lentils microwave in water for 8 mins first & Drain)
Fry all ingredients (except tinned tomatoes) until cooked then add tomatoes & simmer for 15mins
Cook & drain pasta.

Serving Size: Enough for four people as a main.
