1 California Whole Wheat Lavash6 Grilled Sweet Mini Peppers1 Medium Tomato3 Cloves garlic (Crushed)1/8 Cup Feta Cheese1 Tsp ParmesanDash Salt and Pepper1 Tsp Olive OilOptional - Shredded fresh basil sprinkled over top
Preheat the oven to 450
Grill the Mini Peppers, or broil them till they blister
Spread the olive oil over the flat bread
Chop peppers, tomato
Mix peppers, tomato, and garlic together
Spread over flat bread
Sprinkle with feta, parmesan, and salt and pepper
Bake in hot oven for 10 mins, or until golden brown
