Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh broccolie, chopped2 Cups Fresh cauliflour, chopped3 Carrots, peled and, medium chopped1/4 Cup olive oilSalt-to tastePepper-to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375
clean all veggies and chop
coat with oil and season
arange on a baking sheet
put in oven, stir and rotate veggies every 15 minutes
should take about 45 minutes.
