Cabbage, 1 head, shreddedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole, choppedWhite onion 1 medium, finely diced Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup Olive Oil, .5 cup Red wine Vinegar, .5 cupOregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Better if allowed to sit over night for flavors to meld.
