Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups of flour1 teaspoon of salt4 tablespoons of Baking Powder3/4 cup of milk ( I use 2%)4 tablespoons of oil
Directions
Add flour, salt, baking powder (baking powder on top) to a mixing bowl. Gently pour in milk. Let set for about one minute. You should see the bubbles and rising action from the baking powder and milk. Gently stir ingredients. Add oil and lightly kneed. Roll out and cut biscuits. Place them on a baking sheet to bake for 15 min at 425 degrees. (Baking time may vary)
