Everything in the Fridge Salad

Ingredients
1 c peeled zucchini, chopped1.5 c vidalia onion, chopped1.5 c bell pepper, chopped5 lg stalk celery, chopped1 c bean sprouts, washed1c snow peas, chopped2 lg cucumbers with peel, chopped5 lg carrots, chopped1 med head cauliflower, chopped1 sm head iceberg lettuce, pulled into semi-large pieces
Directions
Mix all ingredients but lettuce.
Layer about 1/2 cup of lettuce in a bowl and top with the mixed ingredients. Add your favorite dressing (low cal) and voila!
