1 can of black beans1 tbsp of olive oil2 tbsp salsa1 small onion1/4 cup of breadcrumbs/ cracker meal1 tsp cumin
Mash beans and combine all ingredients thoroughly. Scooping up about 2 tbsps of the mix, shape into a patty shape and place on a low-medium heat pan that's been covered with Pam.
