Fruit & Almond Parfait

2 6 oz. containers of Yoplait Light Vanilla Yogurt1 large banana, sliced just prior to assembling1 cup sliced, fresh strawberries (or frozen-thawed-unsweetened sliced strawberries)1/2 cup Mandarin oranges, canned and drained10 almonds, slivered
Makes 2 servings
In 2 parfait or sundae dishes assemble in order as follows:
1 T. yogurt in bottom of each dish
1/2 of the strawberries next in each dish
1 T. yogurt next in each dish
1/2 of the bananas next in each dish
1 T. yogurt next in each dish
1/2 of the manadarin oranges next in each dish(set aside just 2 oranges for the topping)
Top each dish with 1/2 of the remaining yogurt, 1/2 of the slivered almonds, and a mandarin orange on top!
If you wish to chill, set aside almonds and 2 topping oranges. Chill about 20 minutes, then add the almonds and an orange for each dish.
Delicious, creamy and fruity with a crunch!
