Wheat oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 14 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 12 cups Brown Sugar, 3 cup, packed Dry Milk, nonfat, 3 cup Cinnamon, ground, 6 tbsp Baking Powder, 10 tbsp Egg, 4 large Water 2 cups Canola Oil, 1/2 cup
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients together and store.

To every 4 cups dry and the last 3 ingredients. cook on dry skillet, flip and cook on other side.

Serving Size: makes 16 pancakes for each batch
